Haire - Grace Fruits Mundorff

Grace Haire, 68, of Route 8, a native of this county, who returned here in 1975 from Baltimore, Md., where she made her home for many years, died Saturday in her home. Born April 8, 1909, in Montgomery County, she was a daughter of Charles and Mary Smith Fruits. She was married May 11, 1938, to Samuel L. Haire of New Richmond. He survives. Other survivors are a son, Donald Mundorff of Franklin; a brother, Ralph Fruits of Lafayette; three sisters, Mrs. Marietta Perry of New Richmond, Mrs. Patricia Ferguson of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Ruth Patrick of New Richmond; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Thomas Funeral Home of Waynetown with the Rev. Arthur Schenck officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.-- typed by BR
